Looking very much like a stone, the Repesilex can be hard to detect. You will not, however, fail to detect the sizable jolt of electricity which they can project over a distance of several meters when disturbed or annoyed.
In Latin, "silex" means "flint" or perhaps stone/rock, while "repere" means to crawl. So it's crawling, and looks like a rock. An accurate description.
